Electro Chlorinators are installed either directly by Tiaano through dealers. Bombay Municipal Corporation, Tamilnadu Corporations, Kerala Corporations, Kolkata Corporations, Gujarat Corporations, Indian Railways are our few regular customers. In addition to the Indian supply, we are also exporting the plants over 60 countries.
Disinfection capacity of our standard ECU is 300,000 litres per day by 2 ppm of available Chlorine, suitable for major Public Health Organisation, Public Works Departments and Panjayats. Our experience on custom-built ECU for Corporations, Municipalities, light and heavy industrial applications are 50 kgs per hour / 1200 kgs per day (disinfection capacity of 600 MLD).
Our chlorinators generate hypo with the highest chlorine concentration that is economically possible, for example 8000 ppm by Brine (Fresh Water + Salt) both continuous and batch type Systems; 3 ppm by Swimming Pool (online continuous) Systems; 2 ppm by fresh water (online continuous) systems.
According to the client’s specification, our systems are fail-safe and interlock controlled either locally or by remote; They are designed for both safe and hazardous area optionally with full certification; with acid cleaning system or acid free self-cleaning system like reverse polarity and high flow velocity CTE construction.
